Artist Development
Program holds different capacity
building trainings for arts
organizations and artists.
Within the framework of the ACM Annual Grants Competition, the ACM conducts training on how to develop project proposals annually and provides individual consultancy to the project applicants.

Capacity building
trainings for grants applicants
held
Within the framework of the Grants Competition of 2006 and 2007, ACM held two day workshops
on capacity building and project
development for grant applicants in collaboration
with G.Undral, director of
Democracy Education Mongolian
Center. The trainings involved
over 60 participants in total. The
training is aimed to provide
participants with necessary
skills on project development
including mission statement,
strategy, implementation and
evaluation.
Time management training
Artist Development Program runs
various capacity building
trainings for arts organizations
and artists, ACM organized Time management training
with D.Jargalsaikhan, MBA
economist on November 15,
2005 at ACM office. The training
on how to manage time for
better efficiency involved
about 20 stakeholders and
arts managers from professional
arts and cultural organizations
including theater, museums,
galleries and NGOs.

During the ACM
2005 Grants Competition announcement,
the Art Management Department
of University of Culture conducted
training in grant writing
for artists and organizations
and Globe Art Center provided
grant applicants with necessary
advice and information on
applicants' projects

D.Gansukh, consultant to GTZ
Project during December 2004-February,
2005.
Training on cultural
products
In conjunction with
its most recent round of Organizational
Grants competition, ACM held
a training
on January 7, 2005 in
Red Ger Gallery, involving
over 30 participants. This
one-day workshop was conducted
by Prof. Dr. D.Gansukh, consultant
to GTZ Project. The workshop
aimed to provide grant applicants
with basic concepts on cultural
product development and necessary
information in writing project
proposals for developing cultural
products and partnerships.
