The ACM Artist Development Program aims to support Mongolian arts
and cultural institutions
and individual artists and
cultural workers to realize
their innovative creative
projects and develop and achieve
sustainability in their arts
practice through an annual
grants program and to raise
awareness of the national
and international resources
available to support Mongolian
arts and artists.
The program undertook to evaluate the grants issued during 2003-2006. An external independent evaluation was made to assess the results and make recommendations for future strategies.
ANNUAL GRANTS COMPETITION
Every year the ACM conducts the Grants Competition to support the innovative projects of arts and cultureorganizations which contribute for the sustainable development of Mongolian arts and culture and allow artists and art managers to participate in international events. Each year the ACM Committees and Board define the fields of projects with the selection criteria.
In 2003-2008 ACM awarded grants to over 94 organizations and around 49artists and art managers with the total amount of 258,793 USD.
